Terms & Conditions

1) Scope of Service

Includes CCTV installation, configuration, routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs as per agreed quotation/AMC plan.

2) Quotation & Pricing

  • Prices are as per quotation; GST extra if applicable.

  • Any additional material/parts/cable beyond scope will be billed separately after approval.

3) AMC Coverage (example wording)

AMC generally covers:

  • routine checkups, camera cleaning, basic configuration

  • minor troubleshooting and service visits (as per plan)
    AMC may not cover:

  • physical damage, water damage, lightning/surge, theft, vandalism

  • major rewiring/civil work, router/ISP issues, third-party equipment faults

  • replacement of cameras/DVR/NVR/HDD/SMPS unless explicitly included
    (Exact inclusions depend on your AMC plan/quotation.)

4) Site Requirements

Customer must provide:

  • stable power supply, safe mounting area, and access during service

  • internet/router access if remote viewing is required

5) Warranty

Manufacturer warranty applies on eligible products as per brand terms. Service warranty (workmanship) if any will be mentioned in the quotation.

6) Service Visits & Timelines

Visit schedule depends on technician availability and site access. Emergency visits may be chargeable if not included in AMC.

7) Payments

Advance or full payment terms will be as per invoice/quotation. Delayed payments may pause AMC/service support until cleared.

8) Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses due to downtime caused by power/internet issues, third-party devices, or events beyond control. CCTV systems are a deterrent and recording aid; results are not guaranteed.

9) Cancellation & Refund

AMC cancellation/refund rules (if any) will be as per agreed terms in the AMC document/invoice.

10) Governing Law

Disputes, if any, will be subject to local jurisdiction of your service area.
